This site is operated on Keysy, the online buying platform we use. When you submit a form here, Keysy processes that information on our behalf and delivers it to us. When you start building a deal, the credit application, identity verification, and purchase paperwork are handled under Keysy's own terms of service and privacy policy. Sensitive information such as your Social Security number is collected as part of that secure Keysy process, not by the general contact or appointment forms on this site.

If you give us your phone number through a form on this site, you may be offered the option to receive text messages from GhostX Auto. We send texts only when you have opted in, for example by checking a consent box or by texting us first. Consent is not required to submit a form or to buy a car.
